Edmonton Injury Law was founded in 2000 by James Whitfield with a clear mission: provide the same quality of legal representation to injured Albertans that had historically only been available to those who could afford hourly fees. Working on contingency (no fees unless we win) was not just a business model. It was a commitment to access to justice.
More than two decades later, the firm has grown to a team of four dedicated attorneys and support staff, but the founding principle hasn't changed. Every client gets direct access to their attorney, realistic case assessments, and aggressive representation in and out of court.
